Staying in Torquay for the week, we chose this place for our first night as we fancied a curry and this place looked quite inviting, if quiet. It’s a Nepalese/Gurkha restaurant, but also does the usual range of curries and breads etc that you’d find in Indian restaurants. It was nice to see a restaurant so proudly individual, displaying pictures of people who clearly meant a lot to them and their community.

Found this restaurant a shortish walk from our hotel. They had only just re-opened after being closed due to the COVID nonsense, staff very friendly and prompt service, would have been 5 star however thought the prices were a bit top end, food was good though

They provided an excellent service taking into account our dietary requirements. Careful in every little thing, doen to use of knife for things that we did not eat. Food was very tasty and fresh

This restaurant was very quiet, there was only one other table occupied when we arrived but the food was excellent and upon talking to the owner later he advised that they were generally keeping fairly busy which was good to hear in the current circumstances. Staff were very friendly and food was delicious would definitely recommend
